- PLIP is part of the MiNTnet distribution. It is an interface file for
- MiNTnet, thus called plip.xif. So look for net-090.* on the net.

- What for ? Why not use the serial port for the telephone line ? You won't
- need all the parallel to serial converting hardware. Concerning Ethernet :

- According to the MiNTnet docs the parallel version is significantly
- faster than the serial version, even if the latter is working with high
- baudrate. Don't have any own experience.

- Sure. Using MiNTnet you can even set up a complete NFS system. A simple
